Whether you aim to learn your favourite songs or play freely up and down the guitar, you can design your journey:
You can learn songs by ear, master the patterns behind the magic, explore acoustic, pop, rock, funk, blues or worship styles, play confidently with others, and even combine guitar with songwriting.
I can help
I hold a BMus degree in Jazz and Pop and have performed in duos, small bands and larger ensembles — in concerts, open mics and church settings.
I’ve developed 250+ structured lesson plans across different genres and abilities.
I’ve helped students play their first riffs, develop melodic solos, master finger-style patterns, understand music theory and learn the songs they love.
What will your lessons be like?
Your goals will shape your journey, though sometimes we may need to build foundations to help you reach them.
Each session is carefully prepared and adapted to you, so the lesson time is structured and worthwhile.

60 minutes – £40
45 minutes – £32 30 minutes – £25
How often you have lessons and how long they are is up to you, provided I can fit it in. Some students for example prefer an hour every fortnight, to 30 minutes every week.
